主持或参与制定《围术期患者低体温防治专家共识》、《老年患者非心脏手术围术期肾脏损伤防治专家共识(2022)》、《Recommendations on perioperative management and emergency intubation for patients with Omicron》、《围术期中心静脉监测的专家共识》、《术后胃肠功能障碍防治专家共识(2021年)》、《冠心病患者非心脏手术麻醉及围术期管理的专家共识》、《宫腔镜诊疗麻醉管理的专家共识》等专家共识。全年完成各类危重手术比例达90%,每年参加省内危重手术的麻醉会诊/抢救100例以上,并在省内推广围术期高危病人重要脏器保护综合策略,使严重并发症下降75%,获同行专家认可。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目7项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目多项,主持省重点课题1项,参与2021 国家重点研发计划1项,国际横向合作课题1项,主持省基金3项。其研究成果获湖北省科技进步二等奖2项(第一完成人)、湖北省科技成果推广二等奖1项(第一完成人)、内蒙古自治区科学技术进步奖一等奖。出版及参编专著10部、专利10项;以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文近300余篇,其中SCI论文近80余篇,包括国际TOP期刊EClinicalMedicineFree Radic Biol MedCell Death & DiseaseCrit Care Med等,其学术影响力在全国麻醉医学领域学者学术影响力排名(2018-2022排行榜居全国第2,创造历史最高成就;在全国麻醉医学领域学者学术影响力排名(2012-2021排行榜居全国第4;在“2020年度中国麻醉领域高价值国际论文排行榜中居第3

在人才培养方面,已培养博士和硕士98人,正在培养博士、硕士研究生20余人,培养进修医生200余人,在保证培养数量的同时更是保证培养的质量,所培养的学生受到用人单位广泛的好评,就业分布不仅仅局限在湖北省,而是分布在全国各地,包括河南、江苏、福建、山东、广东、海南、内蒙古等十余个省市自治区,且培养的学生每年有2-3位优秀青年获得国家自然科学基金面上或青年基金,其中培养的部分学生成为湖北省第二届医学青年拔尖人才1人、省内学会常委9人、湖北省/各地主委和学科带头人8人、院长和科主任13人。
